The serviceman arrived a few days later and found we had a cracked heat exchanger and we had very high levels of carbon monoxide!! This occurred the week before Christmas but they were able to have a new furnace installed the next day! We are so thankful that your office staff reached out to remind us to have our furnace checked!! You may have just saved our lives. Kudos to Jason and Ryan for installing for us on a Saturday and also for detecting a problem with our humidifier that was costing $$$ as it was using too much water!! Vic was prompt and did a great job prepping my furnace for winter. He got a small condensation problem and replaced a switch and added a diverter to avoid a short in the future.
